Rosaceans should avoid topical products that irritate their skin, particularly any product which seems to increase redness or burning, since this may cause further progression of the disease. Most rosaceans find the traditional acne remedies of AHA, BHA, Benzoyl Peroxide, Triclosan, Salicylic Acid, etc too irritating.
