Leukotriene Blockers, or Leukotriene Receptor Antagonists, block some of the leukotrienes that are produced from Arachidonic Acid metabolism, although not all the leukotrienes are blocked by 5-lipoxygenase inhibitors (see 5-LOX Inhibitors):

Still, inhibiting even some of the leukotrienes is beneficial, and many rosaeans have reported that leukotriene blockers help decrease the inflammation associated with their rosacea.
